✨ At CDL Maple USA, you’ll thrive in a hands-on environment that supports maple producers with engineered, manufactured, and serviced sugaring equipment. As Store Manager (Bristol, VT), you’ll own day-to-day store operations and customer experience, reporting to the CDL USA Regional Manager.

You’ll be the go-to person for customers and reps, you’ll keep inventory accurate and shelves stocked, and you’ll help drive a clean, safe, welcoming store—especially during peak sugaring season.
The challenges you’ve mastered as a Store Manager

Greet and assist customers; answer questions and guide purchases.

Proactively contact customers with order updates (production dates, pickup, delivery).

Process counter transactions (orders, invoices, credit notes); balance daily cash.

Receive and manage orders from sales reps and affiliated dealers.

Print/file receipts and submit daily/weekly paperwork to the main office.

Check in received stock against delivery notes/invoices; record inventory movements.

Maintain supplies and inventory levels; restock shelves and conduct regular counts.

Keep the store clean and orderly inside/outside (including shoveling walkways in winter).

Perform other related duties to support store operations.
Your Store Manager profile

Strong initiative and work ethic; calm, professional customer service.

Experience in customer-facing roles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer applications.

Sharp attention to detail and practical problem-solving.
Other requirements

Reliable transportation; ability to commute to various locations as needed.

Willingness to attend training at other CDL locations or facilities in Canada (occasional travel).

Adherence to company dress code; neat, professional appearance.

Hourly Full-Time (Non-Exempt): supports CDL USA operations; full-time is 35+ hours/week.

Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Extended hours/overtime may be required in season.)
