Bristol Store Manager

Bristol, VT

CDL Maple USA is a completely integrated company that develops, manufactures, and distributes maple sugaring equipment. We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Bristol, VT., you would report to the CDL USA Regional Manager.

The job duties consist of:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help them navigate the store.
• Take all incoming phone calls, call customers to update them on their orders (Production date, ready to pick up date or to schedule delivery)
• Take over the phone orders and assist with picking and shipping them.
• Receive and manage customer orders from sales representatives and dealers affiliated with your store.
• Do all in-store customer invoicing and credit notes, balance cash sales, cash register, credit cards and make a daily deposit.
• File documents and ensure all paperwork is sent to the CDL main office daily/weekly basis as required.
• Check in received stock against delivery notes and/or invoices.
• Ensure every inventory movement is correctly recorded.
• Complete May and November inventory, and monthly inventory spot checks.
• Manage emails, stock shelves, and put away office supplies/deliveries.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness to include weekly floor cleaning and dusting. (shovel walkway in winter)
• Assist with keeping the showroom neat and clean to include weekly floor cleaning and dusting.
• Provide additional support as directed by the CDL USA Regional Manager.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer skills are required.
